(주)펄어비스(이하 '회사')는 귀하의 개인정보보호를 매우 중요시하며 『개인정보보호법』 등 관련 법령의 개인정보보호 규정을 준수하고 있습니다. 개인정보처리방침을 통해 귀하께서 제공하는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며, 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다.
본 개인정보처리방침은 펄어비스 공식 홈페이지 및 회사가 운영 및 관리하고 있는 건물 및 영상정보처리기기에 적용됩니다.

회사는 위탁계약 체결 시 관계법령에 따라 위탁업무 수행목적 외 개인정보 처리금지, 기술적·관리적 보호조치, 재위탁 제한, 수탁자에 관한 관리·감독, 손해배상 등 책임에 관한 사항을 계약서 등 문서에 명시하고, 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지를 감독하고 있습니다. 위탁업무의 내용이나 수탁자가 변경될 경우에는 지체없이 본 개인정보 처리방침을 통하여 공개하도록 하겠습니다.
수탁 업체에 전달된 개인정보는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성되면 파기합니다. 다만, 대한민국의 법령에 따라 정보를 보존하여야 하는 경우에는 수탁 업체에서 해당 정보를 보관할 수 있으며 다른 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.

단, 관계 법령에 따라 특별히 보관해야 하는 개인정보가 수집될 경우, 해당 법령에서 규정한 기간 동안 개인정보를 보관합니다.

회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적의 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체없이 해당정보를 파기합니다.
귀하로부터 동의 받은 개인정보의 보유기간이 경과하거나 처리목적이 달성되었음에도 불구하고 다른 법령에 따라 개인정보를 계속 보존하여야 하는 경우에는, 해당 개인정보를 별도의 DB로 옮기거나 보관장소를 달리하여 보존합니다. 개인정보 파기의 절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
파기 절차 : 귀하의 개인정보는 목적이 달성된 후 지체없이 파기됩니다. 단, 관계 법령에 의해 보관되어야 하는 개인정보의 경우 별도로 분리되어 보관됩니다. 해당 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
파기 방법 : 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기하며, 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

회사 및 회사에 분석 서비스를 제공하는 자는 쿠키나 비컨, 태그나 스크립트 등을 이용한 추적 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. 이러한 기술은 경향 분석, 웹사이트 관리, 이용자의 웹사이트 이용실태 등 전반적인 회사의 웹사이트 이용자의 통계적 정보 수집의 목적으로 이용됩니다. 회사는 분석 서비스 제공자로부터 해당 기술의 이용하여 수집한 자료를 합계의 형태로 받을 수 있습니다.
2) 쿠키 저장 거부 설정 방법
이용자는 쿠키 설치에 대한 선택권을 가지고 있습니다. 따라서, 이용자는 웹 브라우저에서 옵션을 설정함으로써 모든 쿠키를 허용하거나, 쿠키가 저장될 때마다 확인을 거치거나, 아니면 모든 쿠키의 저장을 거부할 수도 있습니다. 다만, 이용자가 쿠키 저장을 거부할 경우 일부 서비스 제공에 어려움이 있을 수 있습니다.

회사는 이용자의 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 누출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 아래와 같은 개인정보 안전성 확보 대책을 마련하여 이행하고 있습니다. 단, 회사가 개인정보보호 의무를 다하였음에도 불구하고 비밀번호 관리 소홀 등 이용자 본인의 부주의 혹은 회사가 관리하지 않는 영역에서의 사고 등으로 중요 개인정보가 유출되어 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.
1) 기술적 대책
- 개인정보가 포함되어 있는 중요한 데이터는 그 파일 및 송신 데이터를 암호화하거나 파일 잠금 기능을 사용하는 등의 보안 기능을 사용하여 보호하고 있습니다.
- 회사는 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의하여 이용자의 개인정보가 유출되거나 훼손되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 항상 감시하고 있습니다. 또한 만약의 사태를 대비하여 개인정보를 주기적으로 백업하고 있으며 Anti-Virus 프로그램, Firewall 등 다양한 보안 장비들로 보호하고 있습니다.
- 회사는 개인정보를 처리할 수 있도록 체계적으로 구성된 데이터베이스 시스템에 필요한 안전성 확보 조치를 다하고 있습니다.
2) 관리적 대책
- 회사는 이용자의 개인정보에 대한 접근 권한을 최소한의 인원으로 제한하고 있습니다.
- 회사는 개인정보취급자와 수탁사를 대상으로 개인정보보호 의무 등에 관해 정기적인 교육을 실시하고 있습니다.
