회사는 이용자의 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 누출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 아래와 같은 개인정보 안전성 확보 대책을 마련하여 이행하고 있습니다. 단, 회사가 개인정보보호 의무를 다하였음에도 불구하고 비밀번호 관리 소홀 등 이용자 본인의 부주의 혹은 회사가 관리하지 않는 영역에서의 사고 등으로 중요 개인정보가 유출되어 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.
1) 기술적 대책
- 개인정보가 포함되어 있는 중요한 데이터는 그 파일 및 송신 데이터를 암호화하거나 파일 잠금 기능을 사용하는 등의 보안 기능을 사용하여 보호하고 있습니다.
- 회사는 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의하여 이용자의 개인정보가 유출되거나 훼손되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 항상 감시하고 있습니다. 또한 만약의 사태를 대비하여 개인정보를 주기적으로 백업하고 있으며 Anti-Virus 프로그램, Firewall 등 다양한 보안 장비들로 보호하고 있습니다.
- 회사는 개인정보를 처리할 수 있도록 체계적으로 구성된 데이터베이스 시스템에 필요한 안전성 확보 조치를 다하고 있습니다.
2) 관리적 대책
- 회사는 이용자의 개인정보에 대한 접근 권한을 최소한의 인원으로 제한하고 있습니다.
